Trivia

  • After the dynamite has destroyed the warehouse at the end of Chapter Nine, Billy paraphrases Adam West in Batman (1966) - "I guess some days, you just can't get rid of a bomb", in homage to the original quote - "Some days, you just can't get rid of a bomb!"
  • Billy also refers to "Skinny" Flint as "Private Walker" - a reference to the Spiv, Private Joe Walker in the BBC sitcom Dad's Army - the original inspiration for Flint's character.
  • This story is the first to use hand-drawn images - as of Chapter Six - albeit in Black and White.
